Quick Update

I want to offer a quick update as to what has been happening the last few days as I have transitioned to Greenville, SC to continue my seminary studies on campus.  On Monday morning (around 4 AM) I set out for the 7-8 hour drive to Northwest South Carolina.  The drive was uneventful (unless you call my rear view mirror falling off the window and breaking an event) and I arrived at the seminary around 11:30 AM.  After taking care of some “odds and ends” for the school I then drove to home where I will be staying for the next few months to unpack and settle in.  Needless to say, I was quite tired at this point.

At 10 AM Tuesday morning I had a job interview with Level One, a company in Greer, SC.  The interview went very well and I was offered a second interview for 8 AM Thursday.  All signs are pointing towards employment with this company but we will see what this interview brings.  I am trusting that the Lord knows what is best for me during this time and I am endeavoring to wait on Him in the process.

Tuesday afternoon I stopped by the seminary for a few hours to go over some technical items relating to the HVAC system as well as discuss other matters.  The current staff at GPTS has been very welcoming to me and accommodating as I make this transition.  It is a real pleasure to work with them.
